How much do Azfasst products cost?
Azfasst Gel, Cleanser, and Moisturizer each sell for $29.99 per 75 ML BOTTLE. The Azfasst Green Tea Skin Care Set sells for $74.99 (contains one 75 ML BOTTLE of Gel, Cleanser, and Moisturizer). The Azfasst Eye Cream sells for $79.99 per 50 GRAM JAR. The Azfasst Night Cream sells for $49.99 per 50 GRAM JAR. The Azfasst Gift Set sells for $149.99 (contains one 75 ML BOTTLE of Gel, one 50 GRAM JAR of Eye Cream, and one 50 GRAM JAR of Night Cream packaged in a beautiful gift box).
If you live in Missouri, sales tax will also apply. There is no applicable sales tax if the product is shipped to a destination outside the state of Missouri.
What types of payment do you accept?

- We accept the credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover to pay for your purchase.
- We also accept payments through PayPal.
- Please allow an additional 5-7 days for your order to process after we receive your payment.
- Check or Money Order Payments

- You should typically receive your order within 10-20 days from the time you mail us your check or money order.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Most orders paid by credit card will arrive within 5-7 business days after placing your order. (If you pay by check or money order, please allow up to 20 days to receive your order from the time you mail us your payment.)
I placed my order, but have not received it yet. Why?
If you do not receive your order in about 5-7 business days from the purchase date, the following may be why:
- You exited out of your browser while the order was processing.
If you close out of your browser before you see the confirmation that your order has been placed, our database may not record your order, therefore it will not be processed for shipping.
- Your electronic method of payment was not approved.
You may have placed your order, but if your credit card or PayPal payment was not approved within our Payment Gateway, resulting in your order not being processed/shipped.
What if I am not satisfied with the results?
You can return your purchase within 30 days of placing your order for any reason, even if the bottle/jar/tube is empty, and you will receive a full, one-time refund for the price of the product - plus any applicable sales taxes less shipping and handling. You must notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org of your request for a refund. If multiple products were purchased, refund is limited to only one of the items. There is a limit of one refund per person or household. The mailing address for returns is: Azfasst LLC, 16514 Manchester Road, Wildwood, MO 63040.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, email address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.
What do we use your information for?

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

- The email address you provide for order processing, will be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
- Azfasst also sends periodic newsletters via email notifying customers with product promotions such discounts.
- Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored or saved on our servers. All online transactions are processed through a third party payment gateway, Authorize.Net.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
